  • Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly during checkout.
  • Glassozy will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays in Delivery

  • Although we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
  • We appreciate your patience and assure you that our team will keep you updated in such cases.

 Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears to be damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Kindly do not accept the parcel.
  • Take a photo or video and contact us within 24 hours at glassozy.co.in@gmail.com
     We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Multiple Shipments

For large or fragile orders, items may be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
